In fact, I completely endorse/recommend having hydrogen/water power as either a primary or secondary power system for the craft. I have released the various hydrogen conversion patents that have gone public domain. The first hydrogen engines appeared in the patent office during 1930's, and the 1970's saw quite a few hydrogen engine/conversion patents also.

 

Hydrogen may be the most common element in the universe, but fuel cell users still need to find a way to "harvest" that hydrogen and store it.

Whether it's made on site or delivered, the hydrogen must be compressed to 5,000 to 7,000 pounds per square inch before it can be used. The fuel passes through a compressor that assures that the gas can be dispensed into the tank properly while occupying as little cubic volume as possible once delivered to the vehicle.

FORWARD BY CHRISTOPHER MONTGOMERY: I began researching ant-gravity sometime around 1986. My hypothesis was that anti-gravity was possible. The theory behind my premise was simple; I knew that the answer must lie somewhere out there in the vast sea of data. My first stop would be the public library. When I began my quest, I didn't have a computer nor did I want one. Computers were still clunky back then. They could not provide information on the scale, which they can today. It was not until many years later that I began using computers. My introduction to computers occurred sometime in the mid 1990's.

As was the case of Luke Fortune, my personal quest for information produced a great deal of data. His methodology was similar to mine. And he met with similar results.

How to Build a UFO

A Changing Planet exclusive interview with Lucas Fortune

Changing Planet: What possessed you to enter the world of weirdness by writing such a provocative set of books on such a hot topic of debate?

Luke: Upon doing a patent search for a client, I discovered my first UFO patent. Upon further research, I found there were many more. At first I continued searching for my own plans. After a year of researching and sorting the "bunk" patents from the ones that actually produced the exceptional flying craft, I realized that other people would want to know, and set out to write a book. Little did I know that so abundant was the information that a full encyclopedic set would have to be written.

Changing Planet: What can you say was the real eye opening moment for you in this research on patents?

Luke: Discovering my first patent, found from 1910.

Changing Planet: What can you tell us about that?

Luke: In the inventor's own words: "The object of my invention is to produce a machine, which though heavier than air, can raise itself from the ground, without a running start, to any desired height, to remain, as a hummingbird, hovering over any given spot, at any desired altitude, in spite of the strongest wind; to raise or lower itself, at will, while in the air; and to propel itself in any desired direction; all at a rate of speed entirely under the control of the operator."

Pretty impressive for only seven years after the Wright Brothers famous Kitty Hawk flight. And this is with fairly standard technology; not implementing electrogravitic or other less known propulsion principles.

Changing Planet: So interplanetary travel is a possibility with these technologies?

Luke: Absolutely. One of the patents in my second volume, "Electrogravitics", has velocities calculated by one researcher to be in excess of 25,000 mph.

T. Townsend Brown, in many ways the father of electrogravitics, believed that electrogravitic propulsion in a vacuum could exceed light speed.

The opener in Volume III, "Plasma Propulsion", a 1950's patent has a thrust 60 times more powerful than conventional rockets.
Chemical rocket velocity requirements:
Earth to LEO (low Earth orbit) 17,000 mph
Earth to Earth escape 24,200 mph
Earth to lunar orbit 25,700 mph
Earth to GEO (geosynchronous Earth orbit) 26,400 mph


Now multiply times sixty.

Remember this was about 1953.

Anyone interested in visiting Alpha Centauri?
Changing Planet: Even those speeds multiplied by 60 don't cover distances between star systems very quickly. You'd need something approaching light speed and beyond or a warp drive to bend time/space...

Luke: Townsend Brown states in his Winterhaven prospectus that speeds in a vacuum faster than light were probable, not just possible with electrogravitic propulsion. Tesla measured EM impulses 2.8 times faster than light, so exploration outside our solar system could very well be a reality.

Changing Planet: Those speeds would be needed to achieve some of the flight capabilities of UFOs we've seen over Washington State. Still, it boggles my mind how the high speed turns and accelerations were done without killing the pilots instantly...

Luke: The electrogravitic effect creates a neutral center that shields the craft from inertia by warping the fabric of spacetime. That is why it is important for the craft's main EG surface area to be as large as the ship; like the surface area of the top of a saucer.

Changing Planet: How do you protect humans from the harshness of space, like radiation, magnetic belts of planets, lack of oxygen, etc.?

Luke: A magnetohydrodynamic plasma shell generated by the craft would, in theory, insulate against harmful cosmic radiation. Such a plasma shell was generated in patents granted as early as 1967, and are highlighted in modern patent applications, such as Gochnour's 2005 application.

Changing Planet: What do you think of the growing body of ancient UFO evidence that shows up in ancient religious texts and artwork?

Luke: The whole ancient alien-god thing is a little beyond the scope of my books. Childress and a couple of other authors have written about that, and I know the Vimana craft "blueprints" are available online.

I would love to see the human race move into a future that involved a galactic or cosmic society. Like you, I have certainty that other life exists in the cosmos, that history is replete with accounts of extra-terrestrial contact, now codified in holy books and writing on the walls (literally).

I want to make it available that the enterprising know where to look, to build their own lives and futures.

Changing Planet: Has publishing this material changed your life?

Luke: It has opened my eyes to the interpersonal politics that surround this topic.

Changing Planet: I know the books have just been published, but have you had any negative reaction?

Luke: I have had a number of negative responses, including a couple of veiled threats. Ironically, the threats have come from people convinced that aliens are the sole possibility of the origins of UFOs.

Unfortunately, a lot of people have felt this threatening to their personal beliefs. These books do not DISPROVE the existence of aliens; they only prove that man has had the technology for at least a century, and that you can have it too.

Changing Planet: So why don't more people know about this stuff?

Luke: There are a number of different theories that people have as to why the knowledge of these inventions haven't been made commonplace. I defer to ancient Roman wisdom. "Qui bono?" would be asked, to determine who was most likely responsible for an action. Who benefits? In this case, who benefits from the suppression of such technology?

Changing Planet: So tell us about your plans...Do you see yourself doing anything with the material covered? Have you built or flown any of these craft or worked on the technology yourself?

Luke: I have assembled a team for the purpose, and am working on the funding as we speak. My personal plans include a craft based on the public domain materials covered in my six current books, and the volumes to come.

Changing Planet: Once properly funded, how fast do you think the first working model could be built?

Luke: Once properly funded, I think the first prototype of my preference and design would be up and running in 12 to 18 months. Full space tourism via "ufo" craft in 3 - 5 years.

Changing Planet: Do you see any other kind of spin-off industries and products if people don't necessarily want to build or fly a UFO craft in these patents?

Luke: The world could easily change on a large scale with the acceptance of the existence of UFO patents by the masses.

Again, I see space tourism as not conceived before, month-long cruises around the outer Giants, as a reality within the next three to five years, upon procuring the expected funding in the next few months.

Changing Planet: Do you see potential energy production technology that could be adapted to power homes and industry?

Luke: The current electrical theory is designed to be a "paying user" operation. The high voltage impulse technology of "ufo craft" will, upon acceptance by society, replace the current paradigm.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

 

Do I need to buy all twelve books to build a UFO craft?

No.  Reading the full series will increase your overall knowledge, but the

knowledge to build individual and unique UFO craft is contained within each individual volume.

 

 

Are the materials listed in the patents available for purchase at hardware and electronic supply stores?

 A lesser percentage will be.  Expect to be doing some machining and crafting, like a boatyard.  The larger the craft, the greater the amount of custom work that will need to be machined.

 

 

Can an ordinary person with some electronic and mechanic ability build most of the projects shown in the patents in your books?

 I believe so.  Where the science gets esoteric, it may be necessary to consult with experts (advisable to be safe) to get from good performance to great, but the equations are there to spell matters out.  I define the ordinary person as someone who has taken metal shop in school, has worked with ceramics (yup, arts and crafts experience), and can replace electrical components in an automotive vehicle without short circuiting the vehicle or electrocuting themselves.  If you have that experience, you should be good to go.

 

Are the patents shown clearly and well explained?

 In my opinion, yes.  You are more likely to suffer data overload than shortage.  I put these books together as my personal encyclopedia/reference set, because so far this material has never been made publicly available as a compendium.  I put together these books to be the books that I have always wanted to own, but could never find; the science and instructionals for building UFOs.

 

 

If I buy the entire set of books, is there a special price for the whole lot?

 Lulu.com (my printer) doesn't have a set up for that kind of purchase.  I can arrange discounts for bulk, if you wanted to sell the books in your own store.

 

 

 

How can a human being withstand the high-G maneuvers that UFO craft can perform?

 

The occupants of the UFO are shielded from gravitational forces.

As explained by the genius Henry Wallace, in his patent for Generating a

Secondary Gravitational Force Field (See Volume II, Electrogravitics):

    "By properly configuring the undulating kinemassic field, the resultant secondary gravitational field may be essentially restrained to or confined within an enclosed space. Although numerous specific geometric configurations may be proposed, the necessary conditions are established in the preferred embodiment of the present invention by enclosing the kinemassic field generating apparatus, including the rotational members and at least a portion of the stationary member thereof, within an enclosure, the material portions of which obey the rules concerning kinemassic permeability.
    The kinemassic field when so configured, will shield the enclosed space both with respect to the secondary gravitational field induced therein and with respect to the ambient gravitational field caused by the earth and other cosmic bodies, existing externally of the shielded space.
    The undulating kinemassic field, which gives rise to the enclosed secondary undulating gravitational field, is effective in reducing the quantity of flux lines within the space surrounded by the undulating kinemassic field contributed by the ambient gravitational field, thus reducing the mutual force of gravitational attraction acting between this structure and the earth or other cosmic bodies dependent upon their relative contribution to the local gravitational flux density."

 

Wallace defines "kinemassic" as follows:
 

"The initial evidence indicates that this nonelectromagnetic field is generated as a result of the relative motion of bodies constituted of elements whose nuclei are characterized by half integral 'spin' values, the spin of the nuclei being associated with the net angular momentum of the nucleons thereof. The nucleons in turn comprise the elemental particles of the nucleus; i.e., the neutrons and protons. For purposes of the present invention the field, generated by the relative motion of materials characterized by a half integral spin value, is referred to as a 'kinemassic' force field."

Why you don't make any of the suggested products first and then sell the books?


My books are a public disclosure of the plans that I intend to use, and of my intentions on the craft that I intend to build. Every person who purchases a book makes a direct contribution to the
fund to make this 'dream' a reality.

 

 

Why did you title the book series UFO How-To?  Isn't that incomplete?

No. I titled it "UFO How-To" because a title like "DIY UFO" would have been implying that you could go to the hardware store and buy parts off the shelf to snap together like it was a kitchen remodel or engine rebuild. Not the case.

"How-To" is an indication of general knowledge. The "UFO How-To" series is an encyclopedic chronicling of the UFO inventors and the 6 main subcategories of UFO propulsion systems that their inventions are categorized under, as recorded by the patent office.

That's why the books are titled and organized the way they are. So that people can benefit from the time and effort I've put into finding, organizing, and presenting the replicable evidence.

 

 

But what about the aliens?

Ultimately people want to know two questions:

1) Do we possess UFO crafts/technology?

2) If not, are they extra-terrestrial?


In the UFO How-To" series, I answer the first question with a "YES."


In the pages of the UFO How-To" series, I relate the inventors and their inventions
that explain how to build craft that do exactly what people are seeing, photographing, and video recording.

You want to know how a craft can be a glowing ball of light that's invisible to radar? The answer is in the books, was patented clearly and openly in the 1960's, and you can replicate it too.

Do you want to understand the technology patented in 1971 that creates a field that nullifies gravity and inertia for craft pilots? The answer is in the books and you can replicate it too.

Do you want to understand the technology patented in the 1920's (and up, over and over) that can make a wingless craft fly under the power and direct effect of high voltages of electricity directly interfacing with its hull? The answer is in the books and you can replicate it too.

I do not address the second question in my books at all. I am not a debunker. I do not write about aliens, I leave the topic arena at the propulsion systems, that we possess and are capable of building.

None of these books are threatening your belief in aliens.

Not I, nor anyone who works with me is challenging the existence of extra-terrestrial life. I do not address that topic in these books. What are you talking about?

Space tourism.  Honeymoon cruises around the outer giants.  Mining the asteroids in the asteroid belt.

I'm talking about the next wave of financial prosperity that has opened up to the average person.

That answer depends entirely on the skills and machining

Do you offer any construction tips?
 

No. The technology to build UFO craft involves high voltages, high temperatures, and/or high-speed rotations that are potentially dangerous to life and property.  If you are not familiar with the safe  practices involved in working with such methods, materials, and circumstances, then you should not attempt such construction without assembling a qualified, licensed, insured, and bonded team of professionals with such experience.  Safety First!

 

 

 

Would they be legal to fly?

Depending on what country and state/province that you are in, there more than likely exists a governmental department that can provide you the necessary documentation to insure the legality of your craft and flight plans.  In the State of Washington, RCW 47.68 et seq., covers the laws that would govern the lawful construction, licensing, and use of your craft. 

 

 



Is interplanetary travel a possibility with these technologies?
 

Absolutely.  The opening patent in Volume III, "Plasma Propulsion", a 1950's patent has a thrust 60 times more powerful than conventional rockets.  One of the patents in the second volume, "Electrogravitics", has initial velocity calculated by one researcher to be in excess of 25,000 mph.  T. Townsend Brown, in many ways the father of electrogravitics, believed that electrogravitic propulsion in a vacuum could exceed light speed.

 



How do you protect humans from the harshness of space, like cosmic radiation,

magnetic belts of planets, etc.?

 A magnetohydrodynamic plasma shell generated by the craft would, in theory,

insulate against harmful cosmic radiation. Such a plasma shell is generated by the craft in

the first patent in Volume IV "Magnetohydrodynamics".

Aerogels are the secondary line of defense and insulation.

What do you think of the growing body of ancient UFO evidence that shows

up in ancient religious texts and artwork?

The whole ancient alien-divinity thing is a little beyond the scope of my books.  Other authors have written about that, and I know that the Vimana craft "blueprints" are available online.

I would love to see the human race move into a future that involved a galactic or cosmic society. 
I want to make such knowledge available, that the enterprising know where to look, to build their own crafts, lives, and futures.


 



 So why don't more people know about this stuff?


There are a number of different theories that people have as to why the knowledge of these inventions hasn't been made commonplace. I defer to ancient Roman wisdom. "Qui bono?" would be asked, to determine who was most likely responsible for a wrong-doing.  "Who benefits?"  In this case, who benefits from the suppression of technology that would force airlines, trans-oceanic shipping, and gasoline powered vehicle manufacturers to re-design their systems?

 

 

 

 I've heard you say that patents require working prototypes, but my

friend says that's not true.  What gives?

 

See United States Code Title 35 Section 114, and see that models may be required before a patent is granted.  And in every UFO patent that makes apparently "unbelievable" claims that I have followed up on, the patent applicants have been required to show working prototypes.

 

 

 

The question has also been raised about the claims of the “ten thousand mile per gallon carburetor.”  So I quote directly from Shell.com’s Ecomarathon:

Excerpts from 10 of the 40 entries taken at random from Volume I of the UFO How-To series,

and in no particular order:



  • 1) The object of my invention is to produce a machine, which, though heavier than air,
    can raise itself from the ground, without a running start, to any desired height, to remain, as a humming bird, hovering over any given spot, at any desired altitude, in spite of the strongest wind; to raise or lower itself, at will, while in the air; and to propel itself in any desired direction; all at a rate of speed entirely under the control of the operator.


    2) The present invention is directed to a space propulsion system that is propellantless. The propelling force of a space vehicle is generated by means of generating asymmetric gravitation waves, thus creating a momentum imbalance through the center of mass of the radiating system. This causes a force to act upon said center of mass, resulting in motion in the direction of the least intense gravitational wave.


    3) The Flying Saucer is a vertical take off and landing vehicle for space flight. The vehicle comprises a metal sphere rotating around a hub to which are affixed four magnetic coils in a circle equidistantly with a fifth coil at the center which is surrounded by a hollow circular glass tube filled with rubidium gas, tube and magnets with axes vertical The inner wall of the tube is made of more dense glass with a phosphor coating, and the top of the tube has a less dense glass outer coating on top of the more dense glass. When an electric motor rotates a vertical column, supported by a bearing at the center of the hub which is attached to the top and bottom of the sphere, the metal sphere rotating around the magnetic coils causes a continuous buildup of electric charge on the sphere and magnetic field, which heats and excites the rubidium gas in the tube so it interacts with the phosphor layer to produce light which is slowed down by the hot rubidium gas; causing a radial Einstein time change over distance, causing increased centrifugal force radially, causing acceleration of sphere rotation, resulting in more mechanical energy than needed to produce the slowed light by the previously mentioned process, with excess energy turning the electric motor as a generator to charge the battery. The slowed light reflected down vertically produces vertical thrust from the light (force of light equals wattage divided by velocity), and vertical thrust from Einstein time change over distance. Hinged mirrors at exhaust at bottom of sphere deflect the vertical light at an angle for horizontal thrust. The part of the hub which the tube rests on, and the exhaust at the bottom of the sphere, are transparent.


    4) The embodiments of the invention in which an exclusive property or privilege is claimed are defined as follows:
    1. A rotaplane comprising a hollow rotatable discus-like body having an inclined surface which, upon rotation of the body, is operable to force the surrounding air mass downward, a cabin carried by said body within the body and around which the body is rotatable relative to the cabin, and an engine carried by said cabin and operatively connected to said body for rotating the body to sustain the same in the air.


    5) The present description generally relates to a vehicle capable of flight and, more particularly, to an aircraft with vertical takeoff and landing and high maneuverability characteristics which can be operated inside and outside of Earth's atmosphere.


    6) The present invention is related to discoidal shaped aircraft. The aerodynamic advantages of saucer shaped craft have been sought after in commercial, private and military aircraft design.  Discoidal flight is known and particular reference is made to it in U.S. Pat. No. 3,359,678.  This flight principle is claimed to be put to use in an invention disclosed in U.S. Pat. No. 3,946,970 in combination with vertical thrust means. The disclosure relates to a "gyroscopically stabilized vertical takeoff and landing aircraft". The craft includes an outer spinning ring thrust that does not, of itself, produce vertical lift during takeoff or hovering of the craft. Instead, lift is provided by downwardly directed thrust produced by conventional jet or rocket engines. Part of the engine thrust is diverted through a complex ducting arrangement to produce rotation of the ring. Thus, the craft has the advantage of the spinning disk principle during horizontal flight but necessarily relies solely upon the downward thrust of its engines to accomplish vertical takeoff or for hovering.


    7) An aircraft with automated means to transport. Spherical or one of its segments, without airfoils for lift or guidance. Means for flight are housed within the aircraft. The outermost surface is configured to disrupt the air-flow, over its surfaces, in flight. This, to reduce skin-friction and drag coefficients, and mollify heat build-up on the skins outer surfaces as speeds increase to and beyond mach 1. The weight of gas per unit volume, with temperature variations, is the means to reduce the gross-weight and adjust for temperature and weight changes during flight. Propulsion, within the propulsion component, is provided by turbojet engines. They are secured within an inner compression pod and an outer combustion pod. The compression pod and the attached vertical-air-duct, rotate through three hundred sixty degrees, as the means for directional guidance and direct thrust. Augmented power-thrust-tubes extend outward from the combustion pod to the mid-horizontal circumference of the aircraft. Control baffles, on each thrust-tube, check, deflect and regulate the engines' thrust to control the motivity of the aircraft. Struts retract for flight and are extended for landing. These electro-hydraulic struts, level, raise and lower the aircraft for direct ground level support operations. The aircraft has the means to maintain a horizontal flight attitude. For flight aptness the aircraft has an internal, mechanical and scientific means, for vertical ascent and vertical descent without horizontal motivity, to hover and maintain a position and altitude. And during horizontal flight, climb and descend, and perform heading changes. These flight means are all performed in the aircrafts' horizontal attitude.


    8) A disk-shaped vertical take-off and landing aircraft having a centrally arranged fan chamber, a plurality of radially arranged trunk ducts for conducting pressured air outwardly toward the circular periphery of the aircraft, and includes at the outer end of each trunk duct a pair of vertically spaced thrust nozzles; one nozzle being a lift nozzle for projecting air downwardly, the other nozzle being a forward thrust nozzle for projecting air rearwardly and for propelling the aircraft forwardly in flight. The aircraft includes valve means for directing the air through either the lift thrust nozzles or the forward thrust nozzles or simultaneously through both nozzles. The aircraft also includes thin flat annular plane means arranged about the circular periphery of the body of the craft for stabilizing and controlling the craft in rapid forward flight.


    9) The invention refers to a proceeding that lies at the basis of the building, working and the shifting of some flying saucers that are characterized by having an original propulsion system of a new type, capable to shift in any direction (including the zigzag way of shifting), to ensure by centrifugal motion both the annulment of the earth gravity, an sustentation in the air due to the permanent depressurization from the upper exterior side and changing at every moment the ways of working of the propulsion,- respectively from the combustion under constant pressure to the combustion overfeed by static reactor or by rocket engine used at movement in the outer space, having the feature that can be produced at wide range, means of transportation of a new type, capable to ensure the ultra rapid transport of goods and persons both in the atmosphere and in cosmos as well and at such speeds that can overpass the light speed, - complying with the laws from Physics (utilizing also the theorem of Steiner - from the Physics) - using the possibility of shifting in a zigzag, concomitantly overlapped to the basically propulsion.


    10) It is the broad object of this invention to provide for flying apparatus capable of leaving the ground and starting on a vertical or very steep path, of hovering in the air under its own power, of executing fast flights efficiently and economically, and to glide down without power at a reasonably low velocity. It is another object "of the invention to provide for flying apparatus without a rotating propeller, eliminating thereby the aerodynamic power loss of such propeller, its noise, and the danger associated therewith on the ground.
